Editorial Structure Update & Call for Papers – AFJ

The editorial team of AFJ is pleased to announce an update to our editorial structure to further enhance the quality, professionalism, and integrity of our publication process.

The updated structure includes:

  1. Editor-in-Chief
    The highest-ranking editorial position, responsible for the overall editorial policy, scholarly quality, and final decisions on all manuscripts accepted for publication.

  2. Editorial Board
    A group of experts in relevant fields who contribute to manuscript evaluation, provide scientific input, facilitate the peer-review process, and support the development of the journal’s editorial policies.

  3. Editorial Office
    A professional team that manages the day-to-day editorial operations, including manuscript handling, communication with authors and reviewers, workflow coordination, and ensuring that all processes comply with publication ethics and timelines.

In line with this update, we are pleased to announce a Call for Papers for:

  • Volume/Issue: [Volume 1, Issue 1], [2026]

  • Special Theme (if applicable): [e.g., “Innovation and Sustainable Development in …”]

  • Areas of Interest:

    • Marine Biology

    • Marine Ecology

    • Marine Geology and Geodesy

We invite authors to submit original scholarly contributions in the form of:

  • Research Articles

  • Review Articles

  • Community Service Reports (if applicable)

  • Editorials or Scientific Opinions (by invitation)

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system at: [Journal OJS URL]

  • Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration by any other journal.

  • Authors should follow the Author Guidelines available on the journal’s website.

  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process in accordance with standard publication ethics.
